Return of Merchandise:
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before making any returns.
- All returns must be made within fifteen (15) days after you receive your shipment.
- All items being returned will incur a 15% restocking fee unless this charge is waived by MarineSceneMall.com.
- All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid.
All electronics, equipment with electrical components, custom and special order items are NON-RETURNABLE. All other items can be returned by completing our Return Authorization Form.
Returned merchandise must be repackaged in its original box with:
- All Warranties
- Instruction Manuals
- Original Packing List
- Invoice, and
- RMA# enclosed with the return.

Warranty Information:
Many items listed in our online catalogue are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If an item covered by such a warranty proves to be defective, feel free to contact us. We will gladly assist you in returning your goods to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. |
